Once we ring in the New Year, Aquarius will definitely be back to business on the career front. Since October of 2012, you’ve been working hard to secure a new job or begin a new trade, and current planet configurations are helping you to solidify certain professional aspirations. The astrological influence is a disciplining one, and you will notice that a herculean effort will be necessary to get you where you want to be, i.e., that place of public recognition, a sense of purpose and fulfillment. Never have you been so determined to put in a job well done for your own benefit. As the year progresses, your hard work will undoubtedly pay off.

Don’t worry, it’s not all work and no play for Aquarius; it won’t be that kind of year. In fact, the first six months may see you focused on more lighthearted matters, such as romance, children and creative endeavors. To be honest, all of this will serve as a nice balance and reprieve from the strategies on life planning and skills training that’s been brewing in your mind. You may seem a bit more serious at the office, but at home and in your close network of friends, you can relax and enjoy the more pleasurable aspects of life.

Once summer hits, partnerships of a more committed kind will be in the framework. This may mark a potential milestone with a significant other, but my bet is on a business connection that gets underway. Jupiter, the planet that brings us luck and fortune, is moving to the areas of your astrological chart that dictates our day-to-day routines and overall health and well being. Jupiter is the biggest planet in our solar system, and has a way of broadening our life experience. You may find that as your professional responsibilities increase, you will have to revamp your daily routines and get a firmer grip on your regular affairs. Physical nourishment and polished health regimens will help you to handle all the busy activity that will unfold towards the end of 2013. You’d be wise to put certain systems in place now; opportunity equals luck + preparation!

By the time 2014 rolls around, you’ll look back in awe with all that you’ve been able to accomplish. AQUARIUS

Over the past few years, many Aquarians have struggled with self identity. Some of you have felt for a long time that something in your life was lacking. Whether or not you’ve been able to recover the missing piece, the internal journey has proven to be perplexing and mystifying. You may have seemed to be ‘shooting from the hip’ with all efforts to bring meaning into your life, and while some Aquarians eventually found their way with luck and determination, others remained lost. I’m happy to tell you that in 2012, the veil will be lifted.

Neptune is the culprit, here. The energy of this planet gives shape and form to our spiritual beliefs, and influences our dreams and other activities that go on beneath the surface of things. The conscious and unconscious self, combined, bring together our whole being. But when we’re unaware of who we are on the inside, it’s hard to match the face we show others on the outside. Neptune enhances our sensitivities to the elusive energy that surrounds our existence, and provides guidance on how to fully navigate the depths of our soul. But this energy knows no bounds and can be downright deceptive; too much Neptune can create a mirage of misconception with regards to what’s real and what’s been imagined.

Since 1998, the planet Neptune has been traveling through the sign of Aquarius, thus impacting your Sun. The Sun in Astrology is concerned with our ego self; when combined with the energy of Neptune, who we are can become a bit of a blur. Thankfully, this planet will move out of your sign on February 4th, 2012, never to return in your lifetime. I’m sure you can sense the planet’s impending departure.
